Daily Prompt: Earworm
Are Those Really The Words To That Song?
My guess is that the words to my earworm song are not correct, but here it is goes:
“You’re not like other boys, and this is crazy, but here’s my number, don’t call me maybe.”
The part I am unsure about is the “maybe.” Is it, “don’t call me baby?” But, then why is she giving her number? Or is she unsure about whether she should give her number and these lyrics are meant to point out the difficulty in approaching someone you don’t know, as in saying, “call me, but I won’t be waiting for your call,” all the while secretly putting the phone on the most annoyingly loud ringer so you can’t possibly miss it? Possibly, she is expressing how the “love at first sight” arrow strikes your heart and knocks the wind out of you resulting in you not making any sense at all? I’m actually not sure and I figured it wouldn’t be much fun if I looked it up. Besides, then I wouldn’t have anything to write about…!
Peeksi.com: The Bridge Leading to the Land of True Love
Incorrect or not, the presumed topic of this song fits with this blog in a very clear way. In case you are new here, first off, welcome! And now, let’s quickly brief you on this simple, yet provocative creation ;). This blog serves as an introduction to Peeksi.com’s upcoming dating website that adds back in a step that every other site has missed…the actual face-to-face connection. They all seem to ignore the natural chemistry that draws two people together and is a necessary foundation for a successful relationship. This indescribable pull between two people is the bridge that was never built between traditional dating and online dating. Therefore, this site is being set up to be your destination after the real-life spark has already been created by the friction of the eyes meeting, as well as providing aspects common to online dating sites that will add the dimension needed to fully create a site that promotes a love that lasts.
The Post That Will Steal The Heart That Stole Yours
Here how it works, in a general way: you write a post to the stunner who took your breath away with a glance and a smile, leaving you with the regret of not saying something…anything to see where it might have lead. Or maybe, you decide to write a post to a lost love, whose memory chips away fragments from your heart every moment you lose yourself in thought. Peeksi.com will provide the space and direction you need to reach out in a tremendous and romantic way to the one who got away, handing you a start to your perfect beginning.
Why Peeksi.com and Not The Other Dating Websites
When you really sit and think it over, does it make sense to you to go out on several dates at a high price tag based on an algorithm, some general details, and merely seeing a few photographs only to sadly discover that not one made your heart race? It leaves you deflated and discouraged that you’ll never meet that person that has made you a “pair” and keeps you hanging on the edge while pocketing your hard-earned money. There’s a reason for the saying, “Money can’t buy you love.” Without the seeds of love created that very moment when two people meet whom are meant for one another, it’s just “cornflakes,” as Christopher Walken remarks in the movie, “Click.”
Stop staring at that device and look up to see who’s peeking at you. Get back your confidence and meet the natural way, just like our parents and grandparents did, yet with the added advantage of using Peeksi.com to connect and explore the moment that you now can’t seem to forget.
Comments and messages are always appreciated!
